14-day returns
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
How to do it:
- E-mail us at saintpisces.official@gmail.com to say you are withdrawing from the contract. Include your order number.
- Within 14 days, send the item back to: Servis Expert s.r.o. (Saint Pisces), Záběhlická 134/95, 106 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic. Put a note with your order number, or the completed form, in the parcel so we know who to refund.
- Once we receive the parcel, we refund you within 14 days.
Return postage is at your own cost. Please note the return address is in the Czech Republic — if you are ordering from another country, return postage may be significantly higher, and we recommend checking the price with your carrier before sending.
You may unpack the item and inspect it. If you have worn or damaged it, we may reduce the refund by the corresponding loss in value.

Faulty goods
Our jewellery comes with the statutory two-year liability for defects.
E-mail us at saintpisces.official@gmail.com and include:
- your order number
- a description of the defect
- a photo of the defect
We reply within 3 working days and settle the claim within 30 days at the latest.
You can ask for a repair or a replacement — the choice is yours.
Liability for defects does not cover normal wear and tear, wearing down of the plated layer, or damage caused by water, sweat, perfume or chemicals.
