- Keep away from water — take it off before showering, swimming or washing your hands.
- Take the bracelet off for sport and workouts — sweat does it no favours.
- Put jewellery on after cosmetics (we don't recommend putting it on over fresh perfume, cream or sanitiser — chemicals speed up wear of the plated layer).
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
- Store dry and separately from other jewellery.
- No harsh chemicals or alcohol.

What are the pieces made of?
Quality brass forms the base — a solid, pleasantly weighty metal that holds its shape and gives the piece an honest foundation. On top is a plated layer (silver or gold) that gives the piece its final colour and shine.
What is plating and why do we use it?
Plating is a thin layer of precious metal applied over a brass base — it gives the piece its final colour and shine while protecting the base metal. That way you get the look of expensive jewellery for a fraction of the price. With gentle care (keep away from water, sweat and cosmetics) the shine lasts as long as possible.
What stones are used?
Cut 5A grade cubic zirconia. Precisely faceted, so they catch the light and sparkle from every angle much like a diamond — at an affordable price.
What kind of clasp is it?
A secure folding clasp that holds firmly yet opens easily with one hand. The bracelet stays on your wrist where it belongs.
How can I tell the quality is good?
Firmly set stones, a smooth finish with no sharp edges, and a clasp that never catches. We check every piece by hand before it ships.
Can I return the item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return it without giving a reason — just e-mail us and send the item back. It must be unused and in its original condition. Once we receive it we refund you. Return postage is at your own cost.
